For relocation and global mobility teams

Every relocating family's documents, without the email chain

Open a case for each move. Employees upload their family's certificates and records through a page with your company's name, translators trained to IBCOT standards certify each one, and you get one statement per move to recharge to the right cost center.

  • One case per move
  • Employees upload directly
  • Statements per case
  • Never emailed

JukeLingo for Business handles certified translations for corporate relocation, global mobility and HR teams. Each move is a case; employees can upload their own and their family's documents through a hosted page carrying the company's name; translators trained to International Board of Certified Official Translators (IBCOT) standards translate and sign each document; and the company receives one statement per case. Documents are never emailed.

What a move usually needs translated

Family status

Birth and marriage certificates for the employee, spouse and children, for visas, dependent status, school enrollment and benefits.

Qualifications

Diplomas, transcripts and professional licences supporting an employment-based visa petition or a licensing application.

Background

Police certificates and court records that a visa or work permit application asks for.

Getting settled

Driver's licences, vaccination records and school reports for the first weeks in the new location.

Driver's licence rules differ from state to state, and some states require the translation to come from a specific source, such as a consulate. Check the state on our DMV requirements index before ordering a licence translation for a move.

Let employees upload their own documents

Chasing scans from a family in the middle of a move is slow, and having them email passports to your team creates copies you then have to manage. Instead, your owners or admins can turn on a hosted upload page with your company's name, logo and color. The employee uploads straight to it; the order lands in your workspace and is billed to your account.

If you turn on notifications, the employee receives status updates and a download link by email, and by text message if they agree to it. Your team sees the same order and can step in when the translator has a question.

One case per move, one statement per case

  1. 1Open a caseCreate a case for the relocating employee, such as an internal move ID, so every family member's documents sit together.
  2. 2Collect the documentsYour team uploads, or the employee uses your upload page. Add the names and dates to double-check, spelled the way they appear in the passport.
  3. 3Translate and certifyA translator checks each document against the original, confirms your names and dates and signs the certification.
  4. 4Recharge the costPull the statement for the case, or export the order list as a spreadsheet, and charge the move to the right business unit or client.

For relocation management companies

If you manage moves for corporate clients, deliverables can carry the neutral JL Translations letterhead or your own letterhead, so the certified translation fits the package you hand the client. A case per client move keeps each client's costs separate, and our API and webhooks can connect orders to the platform you already run moves in.

Handling families' records with care

Relocation files hold some of the most personal documents a family owns, often for children. They move only through the portal, access follows each team member's role and workspace, every download is logged, and a retention schedule can delete files once a move is complete. The full detail is in our trust center.

Questions mobility and HR teams ask

Can employees upload documents themselves?

Yes. Your owners or admins can turn on a hosted upload page with your company's name and logo. Orders placed there are billed to your account and appear in your workspace, and the employee can receive status updates and a download link if you turn notifications on.

Who pays for the translations?

Your company's account. Orders from your team and from your upload page are billed together, per page and only after delivery, as a daily bill or a monthly invoice.

Can we charge translation costs back to a business unit or client?

Yes. File each move as a case and pull a statement for that case, or export the order list as a spreadsheet for your finance team.

Are the translations accepted for U.S. immigration filings?

Each translation is complete and carries the translator's signed certification of accuracy and competence, which is what USCIS asks for under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). The agency reviewing the filing makes the final decision on any document.

Can deliverables carry our letterhead?

Yes. Choose your own letterhead or the neutral JL Translations letterhead. The certification page always names the translator who signed it.

Do you translate driver's licences?

Yes, but whether a state accepts a translated foreign licence varies, and some states require the translation to come from a specific source, such as a consulate. Check the state's rules on our DMV requirements index before ordering.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No subscription and no minimum. Your per-page rate is confirmed when your account is approved, and nothing is billed until a certified translation is delivered.
