How an order moves through JukeLingo for Business
Below is one fictional order, from the paralegal's upload to the certified PDF and a correction request. Everything a real workspace shows is here, pre-filled.
1 · Submit SAMPLE
A paralegal drops in a Spanish birth certificate, picks Spanish → English, and adds the names and dates to double-check:
- Full nameLucía Ramírez Ejemplo
- Date of birth12 March 1994
- Parent's nameAndrés Ramírez Ficticio
Quote shown before submitting; nothing is charged until delivery.

2 · Status in the queue
Submitted → Assigned to translator → In translation → DeliveredThe order is routed to a qualified Spanish → English translator. If the translator has a question, the firm answers in the order's conversation and the delivery clock pauses until they do.
Translator (sample) · question
The seal reads "Villaflor del Valle" but the note says "Villa Flor" — I'll keep the document's spelling unless you tell me otherwise.
3 · Delivered certified translation SAMPLE
- Document
- Birth Certificate (Sample)
- Certified by
- A JukeLingo translator (fictional name and signature on the certification page — never your staff)
- Letterhead
- Your firm's, or the neutral JL Translations letterhead
- Notes acknowledged
- Yes — recorded with the translator's name and time
Sample PDFs are watermarked SAMPLE on every page and generated by the same production pipeline.
4 · Request a correction
On any delivered document the firm can request a correction — pick what's wrong, where, and attach a supporting file. A genuine translation error is corrected and re-signed at no charge; a change to what the document says is a new order.
Correction request (sample)
A name is spelled differently from the document. The mother's surname shows "Invencion"; the document has "Invención".
→ Corrected and re-signed as version 1 (certification ID ends in -R1). The original delivery stays on file.
