Sound familiar?
Translations shouldn't be the riskiest part of a filing.
Client passports sitting in a freelancer's inbox
Every attachment is a copy of your client's identity documents in someone else's email, forwarded, synced to phones and kept indefinitely.
Nothing is emailed, in either direction.
“Any update?” emails, every week
The filing deadline is Friday and the only status you have is the translator's last reply.
Live status on every document, and questions answered inside the order.
A missing stamp you find at filing time
A seal, a margin note or a handwritten date left out of a translation can mean a request for evidence and weeks of delay.
Complete translations, with your names and dates confirmed before signing.
Invoices you can't tie to a case
Bills arrive by email in different formats, and someone rebuilds the client ledger by hand.
Every order carries its case number, with statements per case.

Security and ethics
Answers for your partners and IT team.
The questions a firm should ask any translation provider before sending client documents.
The full picture is in our trust center. See also our subprocessors and privacy policy.
Where do our documents go?
Your team uploads documents to your JukeLingo workspace over an encrypted connection. They are kept in encrypted cloud storage, drafted by our AI translation providers, and worked on by the assigned translator inside our translator portal. Finished translations are downloaded from your workspace. Nothing is sent by email in either direction. Every service provider that handles documents is listed on our subprocessors page.
Who can see our documents?
People in your organization with the right role and workspace access, the translator assigned to the document, and a small JukeLingo operations team when an order needs support. Documents are also processed by the service providers on our subprocessors page, such as our storage and AI drafting providers, only to deliver your order. Every download is logged with who and when.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for the first draft. Each document is drafted with secure translation tooling, then a qualified translator reviews it against the original, corrects it and signs the certification. The names and dates you add for double-checking are never sent to the drafting tools, and under our paid agreements the AI providers do not train their models on your documents. Our subprocessors are listed on our subprocessors page.
Who signs the certification?
A JukeLingo translator trained to IBCOT standards, never your staff. The certification page names the translator, and the deliverable can carry your firm's letterhead or the neutral JL Translations letterhead. The deliverable is the English translation plus the translator's certification page.
How does this fit our duty to protect client information?
ABA Model Rule 1.6(c) asks lawyers to make reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized disclosure of client information, and ABA Formal Opinion 477R discusses securing client communications. Keeping documents out of email, limiting access by role and logging every download are the kinds of measures firms point to. Whether they are enough for a given matter is your firm's judgment.
Can we require two-factor sign-in and use single sign-on?
Yes. Owners can require two-factor sign-in by role, restrict access to approved IP addresses and limit session length. Single sign-on through your identity provider is available for email domains your organization has claimed, set up with our team.
How long do you keep documents?
We can set a retention schedule for your organization so the files of finished orders are deleted automatically after the period you choose.
How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is within 24 hours, and your account's delivery window is confirmed when it opens. Skip the line moves a document to the front of the translator queue for a per-document fee. If the translator has a question, the clock pauses until your team answers in the order.
How is pricing set?
Your per-page rate is confirmed when your account is approved. There is no subscription and no minimum, and nothing is billed until a certified translation is delivered.
