JukeLingo Translation Guarantee

Applies to Pro orders. Pro is the only tier where our certified translator signs the certification, so we're the party standing behind the translation. Standard and Express are ready-to-sign — your bilingual contact signs the certification, and the signer is the party USCIS holds accountable. If a Standard or Express translation is rejected because of a signer issue, the failure mode is the signer, not the translation; we'll happily redo the translation but cannot guarantee acceptance on tiers where we don't sign.

If a Pro translation is rejected by USCIS, the DMV, or another reviewing authority for reasons related to (1) the formatting of the translation, (2) the wording of the certification statement, or (3) a translation error attributable to JukeLingo, we will redo the translation at no charge or, at your option, refund 100% of your Pro purchase price for the affected document(s).

This guarantee covers (Pro orders)

• Formatting defects.
• Certification-statement wording errors.
• Demonstrable translation errors.

This guarantee does not cover

• Standard or Express orders — those are ready-to-sign tiers where your bilingual contact signs the certification.
• Content disputes about source-document accuracy.
• Spelling of names that matches the source document.
• Rejections based on document authenticity or completeness.
• Rejections based on USCIS-officer discretion or evidentiary weight.
• Documents you did not upload to us.
• Rejections of the underlying immigration petition.
