Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed 2026-06-29

Our commitment

JukeLingo is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. JukeLingo is working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across the customer-facing surface (homepage, /order, /success, account pages). We have not yet completed a formal audit, so we cannot claim a specific conformance level at this time.

Compatibility

JukeLingo is built with standards-based HTML and WAI-ARIA, so it is designed to work with modern browsers and standards-compliant assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, OS-level zoom, high-contrast modes). We have not formally tested specific browser / assistive-technology combinations. If you encounter a barrier with your configuration, please tell us — see Feedback below.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of JukeLingo relies on the following technologies to work with your browser and any assistive technologies installed on your computer:

We have not commissioned a formal third-party accessibility audit. If you have conducted one and would like to share findings, we welcome them at the address below.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of JukeLingo. If you hit a barrier — content you can't read with a screen reader, a form you can't complete with keyboard, missing alt text, low color contrast, anything — please email [email protected] with the URL of the page you were on and a description of what went wrong. We aim to respond within one business day.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may file a formal complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Information about the ADA complaint process is available at ada.gov/file-a-complaint.
